An openly autistic entrepreneur, Wanda is the founder and principal of Liberty Co. Her approach is centered on the IDEA (Inclusion – Diversity – Equity – Accessibility) framework and highlights inclusive leadership, entrepreneurial thinking and employee retention.

What is Neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity, coined by Australian sociologist, Judy Singer, refers to differences across human brain makeups, including Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Autism and Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Combining her personal story of undiagnosed autism and her experience as a consultant, speaker, trainer and advisor, Wanda helps organizations build capacity towards greater IDEA (Inclusion – Diversity – Equity – Accessibility).
